Fisherton Sarum can be seen at one or three shows a year, the current booked appearances are as follows:
18th /19th October 2014 – Festival of Model Railways – Peterborough East of England Showground
In addition to the above exhibitions with Fisherton Sarum I can often be found at other shows assisting and playing trains on other layouts. Currently I will also be at the following shows:
25th / 26th May 2013 Railex – Stoke Manderville - Assisting Chris Nevard with his newly extended Polbook Gurney layout
14th / 15th September – Swindon Railway Festival - Assisting Mike Wild of Hornby Magazine with his St Stephens Road layout
12th / 13th October – Hornby Magazine Great Electric Train Show at Gaydon motor museum - Assisting Mike Wild of Hornby Magazine with his Bolsover and Seven Pitt Lane layout
19th / 20 October – Warrington MRC exhibition - Assisting Mike Wild of Hornby Magazine with his Hettle layout
9th / 10th November – Spalding MRC exhibition - Assisting Mike Wild of Hornby Magazine with his St Stephens Road layout
23rd / 24 November – Warley MRC exhition - NEC Birmingham - Assisting Mike Wild of Hornby Magazine with his Topley Dale layout that will be its one and only outing!
Also don’t forget what has become probably the best one day exhibition in the South East of England, Wycrail held on the first Saturday of November, this year being the 2nd November. This is the annual exhibition of the High Wycombe and District Model Railway Society, to which I am a member.
Fisherton Sarum made its debut at Wycrail in 2006.
